RENOVATION ART-HOUSE CINEMA SPHINX​ - GHENT, BELGIUM

OYO and MEET ARCHITECTURE have been commissioned by Screensaver BV to oversee the renovation of the iconic Sphinx Cinema in Ghent. As a renowned hub for arthouse cinema, the Sphinx holds a special place in the city's cultural landscape. We are honoured to play a role in its modernization, helping preserve its legacy while updating the space for future audiences.

TRANSFORMATION SCHOOLCOMPLEX TO HOUSING - ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

Fullhouse received the Re-Use Award at PROVADA. Hillehof was chosen by a professional jury as the best transformation project of 2025. PropertyNL praised the transformation of the monumental school complex, which was given a new lease on life exactly 100 years after its original construction in 1923, now offering 73 sustainable homes around a green courtyard.
